Requirements
FCN offers PPP loans to existing FCN business customers who meet the requirements of the SBA listed on the
Application Form
The application form is available on the SBA website linked here:
Required Documents
- 2019 and 2020 941’s
- 2019 tax return
- 2020 tax return (can be estimated if not completed yet)
- Evidence of 25% reduction of gross revenue in quarterly revenue in 2020 vs the same quarter in 2019 (Include P&L for comparable quarters and be sure to sign and date them)
- Evidence your prior PPP loan has been forgiven or you have met all the requirements and expect it to be forgiven
- The signed application form from the SBA linked above
