Devin Listerman Elected Chairman of the Board for FCN Banc Corp.
At the February 11, 2025, Board of Directors meeting, FCN Banc Corp. proudly announced the election of Devin Listerman as Chairman of the Board. Devin represents the fourth generation of his family to serve on the Board of Directors, carrying forward a legacy of dedication and leadership in community banking.
Devin’s appointment follows the distinguished tenure of Kenneth Wanstrath of Batesville, IN, who has served on the Board for an impressive 26 years. Kenneth initially joined the Board on August 10, 1999, and officially retired on December 31, 2024. Under his guidance and leadership, FCN Banc Corp. experienced remarkable growth, with total bank assets expanding from $159.9 million in 1999 to $787 million by the end of 2024. His strategic vision and commitment played a pivotal role in the bank’s success and its ability to serve the community effectively.
Devin Listerman joined the Board on January 1, 2014, bringing with him a strong passion for financial stewardship and a deep-rooted commitment to FCN Banc Corp.’s mission of building stronger communities. His father, Dr. Randy Listerman, served on the Board for an extraordinary 33 years, further reinforcing the family’s multi-generational impact on the institution’s leadership and direction.
